We are excited to let you know that every piece in our collection is made just for you. As part of our personalized service, we will pack and ship your order within 7 business days. Before it leaves our workshop, we will take individual, one-on-one photos of your actual product, all packaged and ready. These unique pictures will be sent directly to you via our shipping confirmation email, so you can see the very item that is on its way to you.

A Note on Our Handcrafted Nature & Policy

Because each of our Gothic daggers is a unique, hand-finished item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We pour our dedication into every detail before it leaves our care.

Our Shipping & Support Promise

We actively monitor your package's journey and will send you updates. When your order is delivered, you will receive a final email notification.

Upon Receiving Your Package:

Please inspect your item promptly upon arrival. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

· If there is any damage: Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will immediately create a new piece for you and arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
· Please note: Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to address any issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
